Shipping Times UK:
Our current estimated delivery times are: 2-3 working days.
UK Mainland:
Postage & Packaging: £2.95
Orders over £50 are free of delivery.
UK Non-mainland areas
Superfoods, books & herbs: 3 to 5 working days (same rates as UK mainland)
Juicers: 2-3 working days £20.00 per parcel (14kg), £1.00 per kilo thereafter.
Shipping Methods
Royal Mail First class (orders under 2kg), Parcel Force (orders over 2kg), or other couriers for some larger items i.e juicers, dehydrators.
International Orders:
Delivery time and charges vary by location. Please e-mail: mail@nutri-info.com to give you a quote or to place an order. International orders placed online will not be dispatched until full postage has been paid.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are unhappy with any goods received, you may return them to us within 10 days of receipt, for an exchange (postage will be added subject to size and weight of the package) or full refund (postage will not be refunded).
Goods must be returned unused or unopened and in their original packaging.
Please allow up to 10 days for your parcel to be returned to us. As soon as we receive it, we will process your request for replacement items or a refund. We will notify you as soon as your request has been processed.
You will not normally receive a refund on postage and packaging charges unless Nutri-Info is at fault i.e. we sent you the wrong products. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to return goods to us.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
